One facility. Six ways in.

Some customers arrive with a finished drawing pack. Some arrive with a machine that keeps failing. Some arrive with nothing but a duty specification. All six doors lead to the same engineers and the same shop floor.

Service 01 · Build-to-print

Your drawings. Our workshop. Your destination market.

Send the pack — any CAD format, any state of finish. We quote from the people who will actually cut, weld and machine it, manufacture under an audited quality system, and pack for export with the destination country's requirements priced in from day one.

  • Heavy structures, weldments, precision chassis and frames
  • Qualified welding procedures, qualified welders, NDT
  • API 4F / Monogram licensed structural manufacture
  • Proven exports: Germany, wider Europe, Australia, the Gulf
Fabrication capability

Service 02 · Design & build

Bring the problem before the drawing exists.

Design-for-manufacture is where the money is saved — while the geometry is still negotiable. Give us the duty: what it lifts, where it runs, what it must survive. Our engineers design against FEA and stability verification, for a shop floor they can walk to.

  • Mechanical design and finite element analysis
  • Structural and stability verification
  • Hydraulic circuit design — closed-loop, drawworks, winches
  • The proof: complete rigs, designed and built as one package

Service 03 · Controls & software

Machine software from people who build machines.

The group writes its own control and telemetry platform — Xenon, on CODESYS / IEC 61131-3 — and that same team takes on customer controls work: new machines, retrofits, and integration with equipment we didn't build.

  • PLC programming — CODESYS / IEC 61131-3
  • CANopen and J1939 device networks; Modbus for third-party equipment
  • Embedded systems — microcontroller and SBC platforms
  • Satellite-linked fleet telemetry, AI-assisted condition monitoring and black-box event logging

Service 04 · Safety engineering

Safety cases that survive an audit.

A machine that can't prove it's safe doesn't clear customs, insurers or regulators. We design SIL-rated safety systems and produce the evidence pack behind them — with a named, credentialed engineer accountable for the result, including RPEQ sign-off on Australian projects.

Service 05 · Hydraulic diagnosis & correction

We fix hydraulic systems other people designed.

A circuit that overheats, a cylinder that drifts, a winch that stalls under load — recurring hydraulic faults are usually design faults. We diagnose the circuit, correct the design, and can manufacture the corrected components in the same facility.

  • Fault diagnosis on existing hydraulic systems — any manufacturer
  • Design correction, not just part swapping
  • Cylinder manufacture and re-engineering in-house

Service 06 · Support & training

The people who built it answer the phone.

Equipment sold globally is supported globally: on-site service, a team available around the clock, and support carried past the SLA when the job demands it. Training puts your crew in control before the machine earns its first dollar.

  • On-site technical support and after-sales service, 24×7
  • Operator and maintenance training — tubulars, lifting, rotating
  • Manuals and procedures written by the design team
