Heavy steel, held to licensed standards.
Heavy structures, weldments, precision chassis and frames — manufactured at the purpose-built Chhatral plant in Gujarat, 6,600 m² under roof, under the API Monogram Program: the same licence that covers drilling and well-servicing structures for the oil and gas industry.
What comes off the shop floor.
Group rigs and third-party contract work share the same bays, welders and inspection regime.
From our floor to your site.
The Chhatral facility is a purpose-built rig manufacturing plant that also takes on precision contract fabrication for global export — 6,600 m² under roof on a 1.2-hectare site, beside a major transport corridor with direct port access. Modules are fabricated, tested and containerised on site for shipment worldwide — Australia, Europe, Africa and the Gulf among them.
- Main assembly hall — 30 m span, 25 m ceiling, 3,600 m² served by 15 t and 10 t overhead cranes running its full length
- Paint and shot-blast booths — 20 m long with a 6 m × 6 m section, finishing to specification
- Laser sheet-metal cutting, CNC pipe bending, press brake, shearing, boring, drilling and sawing
- 100+ skilled employees, grid supply with on-site diesel backup, 24/7 security
A quality system a licensor audits.
The API Monogram licence isn't a badge — it's a standing obligation to manufacture drilling and well-servicing structures exactly to specification, under a quality system that gets audited. Contract customers get the same regime on every job.
- API 4F / API Monogram licensed design and manufacture
- ISO 9001 quality management system
- Qualified welding procedure specifications and qualified welders
- NDT capability
Steel that clears borders.
HYDCO products ship to Australia, Europe and the Gulf. The Wellgear BV workover rig went to Europe as a CE-certified export — compliance engineering handled in-house, alongside the build.
- CE-marking experience on European exports
- Export packing and freight from Gujarat
- Documentation to destination-market requirements
